Remember, to make your website profitable you need customers, not visitors.
So when you write a PPC ads make clear that your product is the solution to their problems… but they won’t have it for free, other wise you will have a bunch of people clicking to your ads but no conversion.
A good ad isn’t the one that drives more visitors to your page or the one with the highest CTR% but the one that brings the highest number of paying customers.
Of course an ad that says “2 free boxes of my product” will drive more people than another that says “2 box of my product only $19.99″ but I can guarantee you that the second one will bring you more sales. Indeed it’s more easy to convince to buy a product somebody who’s already looking for a product to buy than somebody who’s looking for freebies.
Another tip is to use negative keywords. Start to subtract from your keywords words like “free” or “complimentary” and you’ll raise in this way the CTR%, lower your cost per click, and improving the quality of the clicks you get.
