That’s a good technique to get PPC ads for cheap with Adwords:
Load up an adgroup with a 75-100 keywords.
Bid competitively on them so Google won’t deactivate them.
Watch them for a couple of weeks.
Identify within your adgroups a keyword that is very specific and narrow but that seems to get a lot of traffic.
Create a new adgroup named after that keyword.
Create for the new adgroup a focused short list of variation of that keyword
Create new landing page based around that keyword.
Send ads to that landing page.
Repeat the same process for each performing keyword.
